Wellbeing & Mental Health
Are you not feeling well? Have you experienced undesirable behavior by others, and are you not sure who to talk to or what to do? You can of course always drop by at the Ideefiks room for a cup of coffee, a chat and ask the board members or fellow students for advice. In some situations this might not be the kind of help and support you are looking for. Luckily, the University of Twente offers different services for professional help and support.
The main source of information is the website of Student Affairs Coaching & Counselling (SACC). Here, you can find information about all the wellbeing and mental health services that the UT offers.
- The official regulations and codes of conduct of the University of Twente can be found here.
- In case you have experienced undesirable behavior or unequal treatment, you may want to talk to a confidential advisor. The confidential advisor can listen to you and advise you on further actions to take. They can also function as a mediator in case of conflict. Your anonymity will always be guaranteed.
- Juan Diego Muñoz is the confidential advisor of our association. You can find his contact details in our group chat or in the Half Year Report of 2023-2024 discussed at the GMA of 12-03-2024.
